Mixing it up with DJ Provost

DJ Provost (Peter Evans) is passionate about music.  He grooves on a wide range of music styles--- house, dance, tech house, jazz, lounge, dub, minimal and techno.  He has played a range of venues across Atlanta including the Music Room, Opera, Wildpitch, BeetleCat and Odyssey. He has also mixed for major funding raising events like Trees Atlanta as well corporate events and wrap-parties.  He particularly enjoys private parties and the opportunity to make music elevate special celebrations or just fun with your friends and colleagues.  Peter moved to Atlanta from Boston 10 years ago and has come to love the city's vibrant and diverse music scene.   He has also come to see strong potential for Atlanta develop deeper linkages between the cities music ecosystem and technology technology ecosystem.   To support this this potential, he founded MusicTech Connect, thought leadership forum aimed at advancing the city as a global music tech hub.
